In June, UserShaker took part in two events with very different environments: VivaTech 2026, followed by the Tech For Industry Show. Our participation in Tech For Industry was also marked by another milestone: UserShaker was selected for the Tech For Industry Startup Award 2026, recognizing our approach to improving how product experience is understood and carried throughout the development process.

Two trade shows, two audiences, companies from different industries. And yet, throughout the conversations and encounters at our booths, the same challenge kept coming up. How can we preserve the experience envisioned for users throughout the entire product development process?
The same question, in very different contexts
At VivaTech, we spoke with startups, product teams, designers and innovation professionals.
At the Tech For Industry Show, where UserShaker was among the startups selected for the 2026 Startup Award, our conversations brought us closer to the realities faced by industrial and engineering teams.
Yet across these different profiles, we kept hearing the same concern:
« We have the design intent. We have the expertise. So why does the experience envisioned for the future user still get lost along the way during product creation? »
Whether we were talking about a digital product or an industrial one, the pattern was similar.
The vision of the user experience often exists very early in a project. But as it moves from research to design, then to engineering and finally to production, part of that original intent can gradually get lost.
