We’re excited to announce that UserShaker has been selected to join Claude for Startups, Anthropic’s program supporting startups building with Claude.
This marks a new step in the development of UserShaker and in the way we explore the role of AI in understanding and improving user experiences.
AI as a new way to work with user journeys
At UserShaker, our goal has always been simple: help teams better understand their users and turn that understanding into better products and experiences.
But mapping a user journey is only the beginning.
Teams also need to connect information, identify friction points, uncover patterns and transform insights into concrete actions. This is where we believe AI can bring real value.
By combining structured user journey data with AI, we want to make it easier for teams to move from observation to understanding, and from understanding to action.
Building further with Claude
Joining Claude for Startups gives us access to additional resources from Anthropic as we continue developing and experimenting with AI within UserShaker.
For us, this is not about adding AI simply for the sake of having AI.
It is about exploring where it can genuinely improve the way teams work with user knowledge: helping them navigate complex information, surface relevant insights and spend more time making decisions rather than searching for them.
Claude will be part of that exploration as we continue evolving the UserShaker platform.

This is another step toward our vision of making user journey management more accessible, actionable and intelligent.
